Ingredients
350 ml milk
200 g gluten-free flour
90 g sugar
80 ml vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp icing sugar

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the milk, eggs, oil, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake cool, then dust with icing sugar.
