Delicious Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Breakfast Taquitos Recipe

Ingredients

– 8 small corn tortillas
– 400 g cooked chicken, shredded
– 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
– 1 cup cooked black beans, drained
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, bell pepper, black beans, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and coriander.
3. Take a tortilla, spoon some filling into the center, and roll it up tightly.
4. Place each rolled taquito on a baking tray lined with paper.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until crispy and golden.
