Ingredients
• 450 grams of crab meat
• 1 cup of breadcrumbs

• 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
• 1 egg
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
Method
1. Start by mixing the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
2. Add in Worcestershire sauce, egg, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir everything until well combined.
3. Form the mixture into small cakes, about the size of your palm.
4. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
5. Once cooked, place the crab cakes on paper towels to absorb excess oil before serving.
