Delicious Gingerbread Cupcakes With Creamy White Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and milk. Stir until the batter is smooth and combined.
4. Divide the batter evenly into the cupcake liners. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
5. When cool, frost the cupcakes with your favourite frosting.
