Delicious Gigante Beans Recipe: Nutritious And Easy To Prepare

Ingredients

1 cup gigante beans
3 cups water
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Method

1. Rinse the gigante beans under cold water and soak them overnight.
2. Drain the beans and put them in a pot with 3 cups of fresh water.
3. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about an hour until the beans are tender.
4. In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
5. Stir in smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, diced tomatoes, and cooked beans. Cook for another 10 minutes.
