Ingredients

  • 600g chicken breast
  • 60ml tahini
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 5ml salt
  • 2ml pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Cooked rice or salad for serving

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Coat the chicken breast with the mixture, making sure it is well covered.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice or salad.
