Ingredients
- 600g chicken breast
- 60ml tahini
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 30ml lemon juice
- 30ml olive oil
- 5ml salt
- 2ml pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Cooked rice or salad for serving
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Mix tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl until smooth.
- Coat the chicken breast with the mixture, making sure it is well covered.
- Place the chicken on a baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice or salad.
