– 4 chicken breasts
– 60 ml olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat each chicken breast with the mixture until fully covered.
4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
