Delicious Garlic Kale Recipe: Healthy, Simple, And Flavorful

Ingredients

– 1 bunch kale
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Method

1. Rinse the kale and remove the thick stems. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it’s fragrant.
3. Add the kale to the skillet. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes over it. Stir well to combine.
4. Pour in the water, cover the skillet, and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the kale is tender.
5. Remove the lid and stir in the lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
