Ingredients
4 cups cooked rice
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Method
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in the cooked rice and mix it well with the garlic for about 3 minutes.
Push the rice to the side of the pan, then crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble them until cooked, then mix everything together.
Finally, stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes before serving.
