1. 1.5 kg bone-in ham
2. 1 cup honey
3. 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
4. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
5. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
6. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
7. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
8. 1 teaspoon black pepper
9. 1 cup water
10. Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
2. Combine honey, garlic, cinnamon, ginger, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and black pepper in a bowl.
3. Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour the honey mixture over it, making sure it gets into the scored areas.

5. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, basting with juices every 10 minutes. Garnish with herbs if using.
