Ingredients
– 500 g steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 2 tbsp oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 60 g butter
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Method
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the steak pieces and season them with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3–4 minutes until browned.
3. Toss in the minced garlic, stir well, and cook for an extra minute.
4. Add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until everything is coated and butter melts.
5. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
