Garlic Butter Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
500 g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Cooked rice or pasta, for serving
Method
Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and toss in chopped parsley.
Serve the shrimp over cooked rice or pasta.
