Garlic Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1 loaf of French bread
100 g butter (softened)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
100 g grated cheese (optional)
Aluminum foil
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise. Spread the mixture evenly on both halves.
4. If you want cheese, sprinkle it over the buttered sides. Wrap each half in aluminum foil.
5. Bake the wrapped bread for about 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
