Ingredients
– 2 cups Greek yogurt
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
– 1/2 cup granola
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
1. Start by lining a baking tray or sheet with baking paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the baking tray.
4. Sprinkle mixed berries, granola, and chocolate chips on top of the yogurt layer.
5. Freeze for at least 3 hours until firm. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
