Ingredients
200 g cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
1 can (400 g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling and golden on the top.
