Delicious Focaccia Bread Recipe With Sweet Onions And Capers

Ingredients
500 g all-purpose flour
10 g salt
7 g instant yeast
350 ml warm water
30 ml olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
30 g capers, drained
1 tsp dried oregano
Sea salt, for topping
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method
Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
Add warm water and olive oil, then stir until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size, roughly 1 hour.
After rising, press it into a lined baking dish. Top with onions, capers, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Allow it to rise for 20 more minutes before baking at 220°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
