Ingredients
- 500g pork tenderloin
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine or dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked rice
Method
- Slice the pork tenderloin into thin pieces.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar, five spice powder, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
- Stir the pork slices into the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add the marinated pork. Cook for around 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add the broccoli to the pan and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until it is tender. Serve with cooked rice.
