Ingredients
- 500 g white fish fillets
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 burger buns
- 2 cups lettuce leaves
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dill (fresh or dried)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Season the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat each fish fillet in the flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally breadcrumb them.
- Place fish on a baking tray and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl for the tartar sauce.
