Ingredients
– 200 g rice noodles
– 1 cup chicken, sliced
– 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, cabbage)
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 1 cup water
– 1 spring onion, chopped
Method
1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes. Drain once softened.
2. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced chicken to the pan. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes. Then, mix in the softened noodles.
5. Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water over the noodles. Toss everything together and cook for 5 more minutes.
