Feta Cheese Pasta Bake
Ingredients
300 g pasta (like penne or fusilli)
200 g feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain it.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes, diced onion, minced garlic, chopped spinach, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
4. Top the dish with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious pasta bake!
