Method

2. Next, peel the oranges and cut them into segments.
3. Place the fennel, orange segments, red onion, and olives in a large bowl.
4. Mix together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Top with fresh parsley before serving.
