Method
1. Start by cooking the quinoa according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely once done.
2. Wash and chop the kale, then set it aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix the quinoa, kale, diced apple, dried cranberries, and walnuts.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour this dressing over the salad and mix well.
5. Finally, layer the salad in mason jars, adding crumbled feta cheese on top of each jar.
