Ingredients
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
– Tortillas to serve
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes until they become soft.
3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the veggies. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Serve the fajita veggies in warm tortillas. Enjoy!
