Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
500 g minced beef
1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the bell pepper and minced beef, cooking until the meat is browned.
Pour in the diced tomatoes and beef broth, then add oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
