Ingredients
– 125 g butter, softened
– 75 g brown sugar
– 75 g white sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 250 g all-purpose flour
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 100 g white chocolate chips
– 50 g macadamia nuts, chopped
– 1/4 cup milk
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until the mixture is smooth.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract, then mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
4. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts. Add milk to adjust the dough’s consistency if necessary.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
