Eggless Funfetti Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
125 g butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sprinkles
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until creamy.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk until everything is well combined.
4. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
5. Fold in the sprinkles and scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared tray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
