Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, salt, and baking powder together.
3. Add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is combined and smooth.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips gently until evenly distributed.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking tray, spacing them about 5 cm apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then let them cool on a wire rack.
