Ingredients
– 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
– ½ cup of chopped pecans
– ¾ cup of unsweetened almond milk
– ¾ cup of corn syrup
– 1 cup of brown sugar
– ½ cup of all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract
– ½ tsp of salt
– 1 pie crust
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and salt.
3. Add the almond milk, corn syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well mixed.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let it cool before serving.
