Eggless Easy Brownie Pie Recipe
Ingredients
200 g plain flour
250 g sugar
60 ml vegetable oil
60 ml milk
60 ml water
50 g cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
100 g chocolate chips
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a pie dish or line it with baking paper.
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine the oil, milk, water, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
