Eggless Apple Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped apples
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine applesauce, oil, and milk. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
4. Gently fold in the chopped apples.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
