Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Method
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease a bread loaf pan and set it aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix them well.
3. Next, add the applesauce, vegetable oil, and milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is just combined.
4. Fold in the chopped apples carefully to prevent them from breaking apart.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
