Ingredients
- 500g ground chicken or turkey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 4 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the ground chicken or turkey, breaking it apart, and cook until it’s no longer pink.
- Mix in the coleslaw, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Cook until the cabbage wilts, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
