Ingredients
– 500 g ground chicken or pork
– 2 cups coleslaw mix
– 1 cup diced onion
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
– 4 green onions, chopped
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic, onion, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
3. Stir in the ground meat and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
4. Mix in the coleslaw, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cabbage wilts.
5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
