Method

1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
4. Mix in the coleslaw, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha if using. Cook until the vegetables are wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
