Delicious Egg Roll In A Bowl Recipe For Healthy Eating

Ingredients

– 500 g ground pork or turkey
– 1 carrot, grated
– 200 g coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 15 ml soy sauce
– 10 ml sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 4 eggs
– Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

1. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat and cook until it’s browned.
2. Stir in grated carrot, coleslaw mix, and minced garlic. Cook for about 5 minutes until the veggies soften.
3. Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced ginger. Mix everything well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Make a space in the middle of the pan and crack the eggs into it. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them into the meat and veggie mixture.
5. Season the dish with salt, pepper, and chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
