Ingredients
250 g ground pork (or chicken)
2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Mix in coleslaw and continue to cook, stirring frequently until the cabbage is tender.
Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
