Method
1. Start by boiling the eggs in a pot of water for about 10 minutes.
2. After cooking, place the eggs in cold water to cool down and then peel them.
3. Chop the eggs roughly and put them in a bowl.
4. Mix in the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chives, and parsley. Stir everything together until well combined.
5. Spread butter on the bread slices, then add the egg mixture on top for a tasty sandwich.
