Delicious Easy Turkish Spinach And Feta Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups fresh spinach
200 g feta cheese
1 cup plain flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Wash the spinach and chop it finely. Crumble the feta cheese and combine with the spinach in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, oregano, and salt together. Add olive oil and water. Mix until a soft dough forms.
4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to create a flat circle. Place the spinach and feta mixture on one half of the circle. Fold the dough over to cover the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
5. Beat the egg and brush it on top of the flatbread. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
