Ingredients
500 g sausage meat
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup grated cheese
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine sausage meat, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Mix all ingredients until fully blended, then shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of golf balls.
Place the meatballs on the prepared baking tray, then sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they are cooked through and golden brown.
