Method
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a bundt pan with butter and dust with flour to prevent sticking.
2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour in the orange juice and vanilla extract, then stir to combine.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until everything is smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
