Ingredients
– 4 large eggs
– 4 slices of cheese
– 4 English muffins
– 200 ml of milk
– 8 slices of ham or bacon
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– 1 avocado, sliced
– 1 tomato, sliced
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the whites are set.
3. Add the cheese on top of the eggs and cover for a minute to melt.
4. Meanwhile, toast the English muffins and cook the ham or bacon until crispy.
5. Assemble your breakfast by layering the ham, egg with cheese, avocado, and tomato slices on each muffin half.
