Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (450°F). Place a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish inside to heat up.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
3. Carefully add the butter to the hot skillet, letting it melt and foam.
4. Pour the batter into the skillet over the melted butter.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes until it puffs up and turns golden brown.
