Ingredients
– 400 g firm tofu
– 1 cucumber
– 2 medium tomatoes
– 2 green onions
– 1 red bell pepper
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
1. Start by draining the tofu and pressing it to remove extra moisture. Cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, and red bell pepper into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey or sugar to make the dressing.
4. Combine the tofu and chopped vegetables in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over everything and toss gently to coat.
5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
