Ingredients

– 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1 turkey (about 4-5 kg)
Method
1. Start by mixing all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey, making sure to cover it well.
3. Place the seasoned turkey in the fridge and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
5. Roast the turkey in the oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
