Method
1. Start by mixing the salt, Italian herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
2. Rub this mixture all over the turkey breast, covering it well.
3. Wrap the turkey in plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
4. Preheat the rotisserie cooker or grill to a medium-high temperature.
5. Place the turkey breast on the spit, brush it with olive oil, and cook for about 1.5 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 75°C.
