Ingredients
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200 ml warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Grated cheese (optional)
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Method
- Combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Gradually add warm water and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Shape the dough into small balls, then place them on a baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
