Ingredients

– 1 cup plain yogurt

– 1 teaspoon garlic paste
– 2 green chilies, slit

– 1 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– Salt to taste
Method
1. Begin by marinating the fish with yogurt, turmeric, cumin powder, and salt. Set this aside for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
3. Stir in ginger paste, garlic paste, and green chilies. Cook for a minute until fragrant.
4. Add the marinated fish into the pan. Cover and cook for around 10 minutes, allowing the fish to absorb all the flavors.
5. Serve the curry warm with rice or bread. Enjoy your meal!
