Ingredients
- 1 cup noodles
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (optional)
Method
- Start by placing the noodles into a bowl.
- Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the noodles then let them sit for 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, olive oil, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt to the bowl.
- Mix everything well until combined and let it sit for another 2 minutes.
- If you like some spice, add sweet chili sauce before serving.
