1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil (for frying)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
1/2 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)

Method
Combine the all-purpose flour, rice flour, turmeric, cumin seeds, salt, and red chili powder in a bowl.
Gradually add water while mixing until a smooth dough forms.
Cover the dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin disc.
Heat oil in a pan and fry each disc until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
