Ingredients
– 4 eggs
– 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 1 small tomato, chopped
– 1 teaspoon of ginger paste
– 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
– 1 tablespoon of mustard oil
– Salt to taste
Method
1. Boil the eggs until fully cooked. Once ready, cool and peel them.
2. Soak the poppy seeds in warm water for about 10 minutes, then blend into a smooth paste.
3. Heat the mustard oil in a pan, then add the chopped onion. Sauté until golden brown.
4. Stir in the ginger and garlic pastes, followed by the tomato, turmeric, and cumin powders. Cook until the tomato softens.
5. Combine the blended poppy seed paste with the mixture. Add the boiled eggs and season with salt. Cook for a few more minutes before serving.
